ABOUT THE RACE
The Digital Ally Open 5K is a chip-timed run/walk event that starts and finishes at the Museum at Prairie Fire at 5801 West 135th Street in Overland Park, KS. Kids ages 8 and under can participate in the Lil' Duffers Fun Run which starts an hour after the start of the 5K and is a distance of 50-200 yards based on age. Participants receive event shirts and compete for age group awards.
The event benefits several charities - Children's Mercy Hospital, S.A.F.E., C.O.P.S., National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, and others. Learn more about these charities and the Digital Ally Open at www.digitalallyopen.org.

MUSEUM AT PRAIRIE FIRE, OVERLAND PARK, KS
The Digital Ally Open 5K is being run in conjunction with the metro area's only PGA TOUR sanctioned event, the Web.com Tour's Digital Ally Open golf tournament at the Nicklaus Golf Club at LionsGate. Participants in the 5K receive two grounds passes to the tournament which runs from July 24th - July 30th.

AWARDS
Age group awards will be given to the top three males and females in the following age groups: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
Overall awards will be given to the top overall male, female, masters male, and masters female finishers. Each will earn two daily Par-Tee Club Passes to the 17th hole air-conditioned skybox at the Digital Ally Open, with food and beverages included.
