The third annual Flash Dash 5K is on May 16 in North Kansas City, Missouri. Benefiting the Brandon Russell Memorial Foundation, this fun family event also includes a one mile, and kids run on a flat and fast course that is a PR generating machine!

This race and other local fundraising events by the foundation are funding many different local initiatives, including Childrens Mercy! The foundation was started in honor of Brandon Russell, who passed away after completing the Rock the Parkway Half Marathon in 2017.
