HEARTLAND 30K SERIES
The Heartland 30K Series consists of three 10Ks:
​
- the Plaza 10K on September 8 on the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City,
- the Woods Stock 10K on September 15 at Corporate Woods in Overland Park, and
- the Boulevard 10K on September 22 in Kansas City, MO
View each race's website for specific information on that race. To compete in the Series, you can register for all three races individually or all at once by choosing the Heartland Series bundle when signing up on any of the registration sites for the Series races.
Fees to register for the Heartland 30K Series as a bundle:

Through March 24 $129
March 25 - May 27 $143
May 28 - July 14 $158
July 15 - September 5 $170
September 6 - September 13 $180
September 14 - September 20 $185
After September 20 $190
*Registration fees are non-refundable.

As a H30K participant you will receive all the benefits (3) 10Ks have to offer:
• Finishers Medal – one from all three 10K’s
• Race shirt – one from all three 10Ks
​
As a Finisher of all three 10K races in the series you will receive a series finisher medal.

Heartland 30K finishers medal - a new medal will be awarded to finishers each year
Awards –
The following overall and age group awards will be given based on total combined time of all three races.
Age Groups: 19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
