The Heartland 30K Series consists of three 10Ks:
- the Plaza 10K on September 11on the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City,
- the Hope on the Hill 10K on September 18 at Corporate Woods in Overland Park, and
- the Great Plains 10K on September 25 at Longview Lake
View each race's website for specific information on that race. To compete in the Series, you can register for all three races individually or all at once by choosing the Heartland Series bundle when signing up on any of the registration sites for the Series races.
Fees to register for the Heartland 30K Series as a bundle:
Through February 13 $116
February 14 - March 20 $123
March 21 - May 1 $135
May 2 - June 26 $144
June 27 - July 31 $156
August 1 - September 8 $170
After 9/8 $175
*Registration fees are non-refundable.
As a H30K participant you will receive all the benefits (3) 10Ks have to offer:
• Finishers Medal – one from all three 10K’s
• Race shirt – one from all three 10Ks
• H30K shirt – pick up at the H30K booth at the Great Plains 10K
As a Finisher of all three 10K races in the series you will receive a series finisher medal.

Awards –
The following overall and age group awards will be given based on total combined time of all three races.
Age Groups: 19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
