The 2026 Heartland 30K Series:
Three 10K Runs Over Three Consecutive Weekends
The Heartland 30K Series consists of three 10Ks:
- the Plaza 10K on September 13 on the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City,
- the Woodsstock 10K on September 20 at Corporate Woods in Overland Park, and
- the Oktober Fest on October 4 in Kansas City, MO
View each race's website for specific information on that race. To compete in the Series, you can register for all three races individually or all at once at this site. If you have registered for one or more Series races and later want to add the Series, you can email us HERE and get a Series discount code that takes into account the Series races that you have already registered for.
*Registration fees are non-refundable.
As a H30K participant you will receive all the benefits (3) 10Ks have to offer:
• Finishers Medal – one from all three 10K’s
• Race shirt – one from all three 10Ks
As a Finisher of all three 10K races in the series you will receive a series finisher medal.

Heartland 30K finishers medal - a new medal will be awarded to finishers each year
Awards –
The following overall and age group awards will be given based on total combined time of all three races.
Age Groups: 19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
