The run will take place in beautiful Overland Park, KS! This Valentine's weekend tradition is a great chance to get out and run with your loved ones! Individuals and two-person teams will compete for age group and team awards in the 5K and individual age group and overall awards in the 10K. In addition to the awards for the fastest teams and individuals everyone will receive a great finishers medal and long sleeve shirt! Kids ages 8 and under can participate in the kids fun run and will receive a kids medal! No dogs are allowed to participate in the race, due to the tripping hazard created by their leashes.

Lil Sweethearts Kids Run
Sign your kids up for the Kids Run, held right before the 5K/10K! Kids receive a participant shirt and finishers medal and run in heats, based on age, from approximately 50-200 yards!
Virtual 5K ($42) or 10K - ($46)
If the race date or location does not work for you, join us virtually! Run the race whenever/wherever is best for you and your shirt, bib, and finisher's medal will be mailed by the Monday following the actual event.
AWARDS
5K:
The top two person team in each category male, female and coed.
5K and 10K:
Top overall male and female finisher, top masters male and masters female finisher, and age group awards awarded to males and females in first, second and third in the following age groups: under 10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+. Results will be posted after the event.

The charity partner for the Sweetheart Run 5K/10K is the Head for the Cure Foundation. The mission of Head for the Cure is to inspire hope for the community of brain cancer patients, their families, friends, caregivers and other supporters, while celebrating their courage, spirit and energy.
